Did I mention the humidity was like 200% It didn’t phase her one bit. Too bad I can’t say the same for me!

I’ve been away..(note this is about par for Cassidy. She hates the camera! I shouldn’t even post these since she is in the witness protection program… hahahaha… seriously)

I’ve been a BLAH blogger, but … well I could sit here and give you a million excuses. Honestly, I’ve been busy, with stuff other than my photogs. I won’t go into that at this time, but, well, I will say I’m trying to make lemonade out of lemons. Or as I like to say “da lemonade” out of dilemmas …lol…snort…lol…snort… hahaha I will divulge more at at later time. ANYWHO, I was playing with my camera, and I am trying to go all manual, i.e. no training wheels, i.e. I set EVERYTHING. It is very intimidating, but I am trying to learn. AND, if I do say so myself, on my first try… I rocked… (the mic like a vandal (that’s for any V Ice fans)) :-)

So, I’ve been reading, playing, and reading more to try to get down some key elements. I can tell a huge improvement over the last few month. I am growing and learning, and I LOVE it! I hope yall do too!

I know it’s fall, and I LOVE fall, but I’ve been trying to get caught up on photos (sorry Kim, Kathy, and Kristen…. Do I see a pattern with “K” here?) but here is a very summer pic. I should wait till dead winter to post this one because it is soooooo summer, but I love it so…

This is exactly what I want my photograph to be about… Life, as it happens, the little moments, the perfect moment that reveals a glimpse into our personality…

Fall!!! This is by far my favorite season of the year. Love the colors, love the weather, love the football… well, college football. I am ready for the leaves to start falling and that chill in the air.
